  • Integrated: The e-Loc electronic trolley storage lock is integrated into the systec ergoNext handle. It is a hybrid solution; the lock can be opened electronically or, as usual, with a coin.

  • Contactless: As with contactless payment, the smartphone is placed briefly on the handle. The signal transmitted via NFC unlocks the mechanism, and the customer can take the cart.

  • Bonus: Bonus points or digital coupons are sent directly to the smartphone as a “reward” to motivate customers to return the cart.

  • Increased sales: Customers have already opened the app before they start shopping and can be reached digitally by the PdV customer service. Sending advertising messages can directly influence the customer and suggest possible further purchases.
  • Integration: Integrate into your app with a simple expansion aimed at including the electronic lock function for e-Loc cart storage by integrating the SDK (systec software libraries).
  • Motivation: The customer is motivated to stay in the cart because, for example, they receive digital bonus points or coupons, and this is part of a customer loyalty program. You can also match the cart return with a marketing action or program. Using the application, various projects, including socially useful ones, can be scheduled and monitored.
